This statement is made pursuant to Part 6, Section 54(1)of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, and sets our the approach taken by Lesmar Ltd t/a Prominate to understand all the potential modern slavery risks related to its business, and the actions undertaken to mitigate any such risks.

Lesmar Ltd t/a Prominate is a provider of Promotional Materials. We employ 42 people and are headquartered in the UK. Our supply chains consists of global suppliers of Promotional Materials.

The Board is committed to delivering high standards of corporate governance and a key element of this is managing the company in a socially responsible way. The company aims to employ the highest ethical and professional standards and always to comply with all local laws and regulations applicable to our business; it follows that Lesmar Ltd t/a Prominate is absolutely committed to preventing slavery and human trafficking in its corporate activities and its supply chains. This commitment is emphasised in our employee training programmes and company policies. Lesmar Ltd t/a Prominate also expects the same high standards which we set for ourselves from those parties with whom we engage, such as our suppliers and customers.

Due to the nature of our business and our approach to governance, we assess that there is a risk of slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains. We aim to
consistently review the effectiveness of the relevant policies and procedures that we have in place. We do have key strict guidelines and procedures in place to monitor for slavery or human trafficking and as such we take a zero tolerance approach. We identify that the area of most risk is our supply chain.

• Ongoing and regular reviewing of the supply chain

We will continue to review our policies and procedures to ensure our obligations under the Act are met and to identify any further steps we can take in mitigating the risk of modern slavery.
